Inside the LJUNDERWEAR Factory: 8-Stage Production Floor Tour
Walk through the real production floor at LJUNDERWEAR's Shantou facility. This 8-stage photo gallery documents what happens on the factory floor—from order briefing to the day finished goods leave the loading dock. Every stage below is backed by actual workshop photos, not stock images or workflow charts, so sourcing teams can verify manufacturing capability before committing to a production slot.
Order Intake & Briefing Room
Inside the briefing room, buyers can see how product references, size ranges, target-market requirements, materials, absorbency goals, packaging direction, and order quantities are placed side by side for review. These photos show the working details the team uses to turn a buyer's brief into a factory-ready record.
Pattern Room & Prototype Sewing
The pattern-room album shows how reference garments, paper patterns, fabric combinations, functional layers, and construction notes come together at the sample table. Buyers can inspect the physical development environment where fit and workmanship are refined before a style is released for bulk setup.
Material Warehouse & Cutting Table
These workshop photos follow confirmed fabric, waistbands, labels, absorbent layers, and packaging components from storage to the cutting table. Sourcing teams can see how order-specific materials are separated, checked, and staged before cut panels enter the sewing floor.
Sealed Sample & Line Setup
At the line-setup area, the sealed sample, measurement sheet, workmanship points, label placement, packaging details, and inspection criteria are displayed as the production reference. The album lets buyers see the physical controls operators and supervisors check before the first bulk pieces move down the line.
Sewing Lines & Assembly Stations
The sewing floor runs 22 category-specific lines with hanging-system conveyor rails. In these photos, operators handle multi-layer gusset assembly, waistband topstitching, and TPU lamination bonding—the workmanship stages that determine whether period underwear leaks or holds. Buyers can request a live video walkthrough during active production hours to verify operator skill and line activity.
In-Process QC Checkpoints
QC stations are positioned within the production flow, not only at the packing exit. The photos show inspectors reviewing stitching, measurements, finishing, and functional construction while goods are still on the floor, making it possible to isolate and correct issues before they spread across an order.
Private Label & Packaging Line
On the packaging line, finished pieces are matched with brand-specific care labels, hang tags, size stickers, polybags, boxes, and channel-ready packing requirements. This album gives buyers a close view of the labeling and pack-out details that determine whether goods arrive ready for retail, wholesale, or FBA handling.
OQC & Loading Dock
The final album moves from outgoing quality control to carton count, sealing, staging, and loading-dock preparation. Buyers can see how completed orders are identified and organized against the delivery plan before they leave the factory, providing a visible final checkpoint between production and freight handoff.
