Labels & Barcodes

Can you use the FBA shipment labels I generated in Seller Central?
Yes. Send us the Amazon-generated carton label PDF. We print, verify, and affix each label to the correct carton, away from tape seams.
What if my FNSKU conflicts with the factory barcode?
The FNSKU takes priority. We cover the original barcode so only the FNSKU remains visible and scannable.

Cartons & Packaging

Are standard FBA packaging materials included?
Polybag, FNSKU label, master carton, and standard packing materials are included for FBA programs. Custom-branded packaging is quoted separately.
What carton sizes do you use? Can I specify my own?
Our standard carton is 60 x 40 x 40 cm double-wall ECT-44. Buyer-specified cartons are accepted if they meet Amazon limits and do not create overweight cartons.

Compliance & Rejections

How do you adapt if Amazon changes packaging requirements?
We monitor Amazon prep requirements and Seller Central updates, then update active program checklists before the next PO is packed.
Have you ever had an FBA rejection?
We have had zero rejections caused by packaging defects across 500+ repeat OEM programs in 2024-2025. If a label or carton issue is flagged in transit, we use shipment photos, scan records, and packing documentation to resolve it quickly.

Markets, Returns & Timeline

Can you ship FBA to Japan, Australia, or Canada?
Yes. We maintain per-market prep checklists for JP, AU, CA, US, UK, and EU. Each destination can require different warning language, document packs, carton labels, or routing details.
Do you handle removal orders or FBA returns?
No. We manufacture and prep new inbound inventory. Removal orders, stranded inventory, and customer returns remain with the Amazon account owner or their 3PL partner.
How long does FBA prep add?
FBA prep runs in parallel with production and normally adds 2-3 working days after final QC clears.
